Glory B.
I am the youngest child in my family and have always felt a deep connection with children, especially while caring for my younger cousins. This experience has sparked my interest in childcare, leading me to seek further knowledge and training in this field. Currently, I am pursuing Early Childhood Education (ECE) and have completed First Aid and CPR certification, which have further equipped me with necessary skills for safe and effective childcare. In terms of experience, I have cared for two toddlers, three preschoolers, and one school-aged child. My duties included preparing meals, feeding the children, bathing them, cleaning, picking them up from school, helping with homework, and putting the children to sleep. I thrive in settings where I can multitask and adapt to the varying needs of children. Outside of work, I am passionate about creativity, reading, and community involvement. I enjoy volunteering in programs that support families and children because it aligns with my desire to help others and make a positive impact. I believe my patience, strong communication skills, and nurturing nature are key attributes allowing me to build positive relationships with children and their families. I am enthusiastic about continuing my work in childcare, where I can contribute to a safe, supportive, and engaging environment for children to grow and learn.
