Dina K.
Originally from Russia, I moved to Canada seven years ago to pursue my education, studying both Aircraft Maintenance Engineering and 3D Animation & Modeling. Early on, I gained valuable work experience as a junior administrative assistant in a dental office, where I developed strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. I am married and lead an active, balanced lifestyle — I go to the gym, prepare healthy meals, read, and care for my dog, while also managing household responsibilities. Beyond that, I have a natural love for caring for children, which I developed helping raise my younger siblings and babysitting for family friends. I am patient, responsible, and nurturing, with a genuine desire to create a safe, fun, and supportive environment for kids. In my free time, I enjoy hiking, fishing, drawing, reading. I bring reliability, warmth, and attentiveness to every family I work with.
Growing up, I naturally took on a caregiver role in my family. I have two younger siblings with a big age gap — 10 years with my sister and 13 with my brother — and since they were newborns, I often helped care for them. I would put them to bed, help with bathing, clean up after them, brush their teeth, help with homework, and support them through challenges, even standing up for them when they were bullied. I didn’t do these things every single day, but I was always there to help and be part of their care as they grew up. Those experiences taught me patience, empathy, and understanding — and developed a strong maternal instinct that now comes naturally when I’m around kids. I’ve also babysat my parents’ friends’ children many times, which gave me even more experience caring for kids of different ages and personalities. I truly enjoy spending time with children, helping them learn, and making sure they feel safe and happy.
