We are a private family looking for a kind, experienced, and reliable part-time, live-out nanny to care for our newborn baby girl. We’re hoping to find someone who truly enjoys newborn care and who fits well with our gentle parenting, screen-free, and conservative family values. This role may grow into a full-time position in the future, depending on our needs and how the relationship develops. Start Date • February 2026 Schedule & Hours • Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays • Afternoons and evenings • Less than 20 hours per week Pay & Benefits • Pay is negotiable, based on experience • No holiday work required • Sick days are permitted • Payroll and tax services will be provided What You’ll Be Doing • Providing loving, attentive care for our newborn • Supporting gentle parenting practices • Keeping a calm, low-stimulation, screen-free environment • Following feeding and sleep routines • Engaging in age-appropriate activities like reading, tummy time, and walks • Preparing meals for the child when age-appropriate • Bathing and dressing the baby • Transporting the child when needed • Children’s laundry • Light housekeeping related to the child • Following any special dietary or care instructions • Respecting our family’s privacy and maintaining discretion at all times Who We’re Looking For • Female, age 24+ • Canadian • Fluent in English • Experience caring for newborns (experience with ages 1–2 is a plus) • Calm, nurturing, and dependable • Comfortable with guidance from parents and sticking to routines • Minimal personal phone use while working • Comfortable working in a home with video surveillance Requirements • Valid driver’s license • Own reliable car • Able to swim • Non-smoker • Current First Aid and CPR certification • Clean police background check Our Home • No pets • Conservative, respectful household • Calm and structured environment • Screen-free approach to childcare
