Expected tasks: - 7:15 waking up the kids and dressing them for school before having breakfast downstairs ○ Kids room should be tidied up, beds made, curtains open - 7:30 breakfast - please vary between bread with peanut butter, cereals or other ○ Prepare schoolbags: § Prepare fruit boxes for Octavie and Alice for school § Edgar needs to have a change of clothes - 8:00 departure for school/daycare by foot - Before or after bringing the kids to school/daycare, the kitchen should be cleaned, dishes in dishwasher, table should be swiped - Between 15:00 and 17:00: pick up kids from daycare and/or school ○ When arriving home, jackets should be stored away; as well as their school bags and shoes § School bags should be emptied § All letters/communication for parents put aside - 16:00 to 18:00 kids play and do their homework - nanny helps with homework (needs to speak french) - 17:45: kids should take a bath, tooth brushed, pyjamas on ○ Hair should only be washed max once per week (unless dirty) ○ Nails should be kept short - 18:15: prepare dinner, menu to be discussed (or soup or other…) - 18:45: dinner for kids, and parents when present ○ Nanny can leave when parents get home from work around that time ○ Prepare also fruits for breakfast and + snacks for kids for next day ○ Clean up the kitchen after dinner + vacuum clean - Evening: sometimes we might have to travel for work or have events in the evening, it would be great if nanny has flexibility to stay later on those evenings (to be agreed beforehand) - idem for extra babysitting in weekend - 19:30: kids go to bed - if parents at home, we will put them to bed ourselves ○ Read story before going to bed ○ Curtains closed, small lamp on for Octavie and Alice, door closed ○ Kids always need to go to the bathroom before going to bed (to avoid wetting their bed) ○ When we are home, we will put the kids to bed ourselves and read them a story
