I am seeking an experienced child care provider to help nurture and care for my newborn child. This role necessitates not only a love for children but also the experience of handling infants in their most delicate years. The position requires the nanny to work from Monday to Friday, covering mornings, afternoons, and evenings. This equates to approximately 30 to 40 hours a week, making it a full-time role, although there is also potential for part-time engagement. Being the primary caregiver for a newborn is a demanding job. I am looking for someone who is comfortable preparing children's meals, helping them bathe and dress, and even assisting with small tasks like folding the children's clothes. The start date for this position is tentatively set for April 24, 2024. This job involves a one-on-one interaction with a newborn, therefore, having prior experience working with infants will be highly advantageous. We are on the search for a nanny in Port Colborne. We have 3 kids, 2 dogs and a cat! Our kids are ages 6, 5 and 2 🙂 I work a 4 days on 4 days off schedule (2 days 2 nights) and my husband works on call. We are looking for someone who could be available on the days and nights that I am working when my husband gets called out, this would include some overnights and weekends on days we are both working. We are a loving family living and In Niagara on the lake. We generally need help with all the mom duties! Some light childcare, easy meals, laundry and house cleaning / maintenance. I am looking for a live out caregiver but will need help at the cottage which means sometimes travel in the summer and sometimes overnights when we have to go away for a short period.
