Looking for an experienced, reliable, and proactive part-time nanny/household helper with potential to transition into a full-time long-term role. Care is primarily for a 13-month-old toddler, along with assistance maintaining the household. Responsibilities include: * childcare and engaging play, * diaper changes, feeding, naps, and maintaining routines, * meal prep/cooking for child and family, * light to moderate housekeeping, * laundry and organization, * keeping kitchen and common areas tidy, * helping maintain a clean, organized home environment. Ideal candidate is: * experienced with infants/toddlers, * warm, patient, and attentive, * dependable and trustworthy, * organized and able to multitask, * comfortable balancing childcare and household responsibilities, * CPR/First Aid certified preferred, * non-smoker. Looking for someone long-term who can become a consistent and trusted support in our home. Starting part-time with flexibility for additional hours/full-time based on fit.
