we are a family of 4, me, my wife and our 2 boys ages 4 and 6. Everything in the duties is required. If Nanny is willing to relocate it is preferred because we have a basement available for rent as well. We can help save on the deal. Basement could accommodate a whole family. 3 bedrooms, 2 washrooms, own laundry and kitchen. We can possibly also give access to a gym if necessary.
