As first-time parents, we are seeking an additional member for our family dynamic. We aim to create a special bond with someone who will help us feel at ease when returning to work. We are in search of a caregiver who is fluent in Russian to support us in introducing our child to this language. Our main goal is to ensure that Anastasya feels comfortable and receives kind, attentive, and respectful care while learning Russian. We need someone with flexible hours, as I am a flight attendant with a constantly changing schedule. Since we do not have set hours, we require significant flexibility from our ideal match.
