We are a family based in Vancouver, British Columbia seeking an experienced full-time live-in nanny to care for our infant beginning August 2026. We are looking for a nurturing, dependable, and dedicated individual who is passionate about supporting early childhood development and providing attentive care in a family home environment. This is a permanent, full-time live-in position caring for a 3-month-old infant. The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting our child’s daily routines, development, and overall well-being. Key Responsibilities Provide attentive and developmentally appropriate care for a 3-month-old infant Establish and maintain consistent feeding, sleeping, and activity routines Feed, change diapers, soothe, and care for the infant throughout the day Engage the child in age-appropriate developmental activities Communicate regularly with parents regarding milestones, routines, and observations Perform light housekeeping duties related to the infant’s care Travel domestically and internationally with the family as required The nanny will have their own private residence, as this is an exclusively live-in position. Required Skills and Experience Previous experience caring for newborns or infants in a similar role Fluent in English and Cantonese Infant CPR and First Aid certification Early Childhood Education (ECE) certificate Valid Canadian passport and ability to travel with the family Familiarity with Montessori or Waldorf early learning approaches is considered an asset Salary $100, 000+ CAD annually (approximately $49 per hour, based on experience).
