We are an active 2-dad family seeking a Co-Pilot to join us in raising our two energetic boys with curiosity, grit, and outdoor adventure. We offer a unique Compressed Work Week option with full-time pay and a 3-day weekend, every week. Choose Your Track: Option A: The "Long Weekend" (Preferred) - 4 Days: Monday – Thursday - 10 Hours/Day: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM - Total: 40 Hours/Week, with Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays off. Option B: The "Traditional" - 5 Days: Monday – Friday - Standard 8-hour days - Total: 40 Hours/Week. Option C: The "Specialist" (Part-Time) - Flexible blocks for Mandarin Immersion, Art, or Music education candidates. Compensation: - Rate: $30 - $34/hour - Benefits: Guaranteed hours, vacation pay, major holidays off.
