Responsibilities and Skills Required: We're looking for a caring and responsible Au Pair/Nanny to help care for our 11-month-old baby girl. Main responsibilities include: Providing attentive childcare, including feeding, bathing, playing, and putting the baby to sleep. Engaging her in age-appropriate activities to stimulate her development. Assisting with light household tasks such as tidying up, baby laundry, and basic meal preparation. Helping with organizing the baby’s schedule, including naps and feeding times. What We Need Help With: We need assistance primarily during the day to help with childcare while balancing family life and work. We also appreciate help with basic household tasks to keep things running smoothly. Hiring Timeline: We are looking to start with a trial in October and make a selection by November-December. The ideal candidate would be available to continue into the new year. Special Qualifications or Training: Previous experience caring for infants is preferred. Basic first aid or CPR certification is an asset. Speaking Ukrainian or Hebrew is a bonus but not mandatory. Work Schedule: We offer flexible hours, but we are ideally looking for someone available during the weekdays with occasional evening or weekend help. A live-in arrangement includes free rent and food, but we are also open to a hybrid option if preferred. Interview Process: We will conduct an initial phone or video interview to discuss experience and fit for the role, followed by an in-person meeting. A trial period will be offered in October to ensure a mutual fit before finalizing the arrangement.
