Hi there, I am a single mother working as a transit operator with a rotating shift schedule. My work hours change every 6–8 weeks and can include early mornings (as early as 4:00–5:00 AM), evenings, and occasional extended shifts. I am looking for a reliable and flexible caregiver for my young child who would be available to support during these varying hours. This would include: Early morning care (starting as early as 4:00/5:00 AM) Occasional evening care Assistance with getting my child ready for school and/or drop-off when required Consistency and reliability despite a changing schedule Due to the nature of my work, I require someone who is dependable, comfortable with a non-traditional schedule, and able to adjust as my shifts change periodically.
