I am looking for a roommate and someone who can potentially help with my son who is 3 years old. I have one bedroom available in a 2bed apartment and location is very convenient for travel. We can negotiate on rent if you can help with drop offs and pickups to daycare and potentially the odd babysitting on fridays/saturdays as required. The daycare is a nearby walk however it is a help on busy mornings when I go to the office. I would like to meet a few candidates and come to a potential agreement. First & Last month rent required.
