Professional family looking for weekend nanny to look after two children while mom is away. Overnight stay required. Can provide sponsorship and LMIA. Pay above market rate. Duration: 8 to 10 months. You can work elsewhere during the week. Please note: this job requires overnight stay with two boys (3 and 5). Must be okay with that. For sponsorship: I can provide all the documents required for LMIA but you must complete the application yourself. I will pay the fee for application. You do not need to pay me for anything relating to LMIA. Already have business payroll account and Service Canada account set up (I have previously sponsored a live in nanny). For working hours and pay: Daytime rate $21 to $25 per hour. For weekend overnight stay, a flat rate of $250 to $300 (negotiable). This is cash pay. If you need pay statement, all deductions will come out of the cash rate. And we can negotiate how many hours you want to show on the statement. I don't personally care how many hours you want me to put down, but be advised all deductions as a result of the desired hours will come out of the cash pay. What to expect: We will start with a 2 to 4 hours try out session to see how you connect with the kids. The session is paid. If there is mutual interest, we will continue with more sessions with gradually increased hours to cover daily tasks such as meals and feeding, changing/dressing, outdoor play and bath/bed procedures. The kids do not have special needs or any medical condition that requires extra caution. Please note this job starts at Friday 6:00 pm and goes until Sunday 5:00 pm. It requires two overnight stay with the kids (3 and 5) and two full days of babysitting. It is hard work. Serious applicants only please.
