We are two close-knit families in search of a nanny willing to work in a shared set-up to take care of up to three kids between 11 months (Neelam) and 3.5 years (Dylan and Kalyani). Dylan and Kalyani are best friends from daycare, and they also love Kalyani’s little baby sister Neelam. Your hours would be from 9 am to 4 pm on weekdays, amounting to about 35 hours per week from January 2025 to July 2025 with the potential of continuation thereafter. Since Dylan will be traveling from April to June, the number of kids and the location of care will vary throughout the period, and so would the hourly wage. We are willing to offer up to 23 CAD per hour for January to March while looking after three kids and 22 CAD per hour for months with only two kids. While we fully acknowledge that taking care of three children does not allow for many activities on the side, support with meal preparation would be great and light housekeeping would be appreciated where possible.
