I have a 14-month-old baby, but I work from home, so I'm looking for a sitter who can change diapers, feed her, play with her, etc., mainly during meetings. It would be a bonus if you can cook a simple dinner for the whole family as well. Helping 1-3 times a weekday, 2-4 hours a day.
