We're looking for someone energetic and patient to care for our soon-to-be three-year-old daughter. Our older daughter is lively, loves singing, and is typically in high spirits. We suspect she may have ADHD, but it could also be that we, as parents, struggle to keep up with her energy level. She's currently going through the "terrible twos", marked by frequent tantrums and a tendency to challenge everything. However, she's also incredibly adorable and compassionate. We'd like to have someone who can guide our daughter toward developing good values and learning basic skills such as sharing, being polite, and eating healthily. The caregiver is expected to be a self starter and PROACTIVE in planning games and activities. Teaching her Spanish, Cantonese/Mandarin, mathematics, or piano would be a significant bonus! Our basic principle is - whatever she does must be FUN. Other duties include cooking lunch and dinner for the family, and some light house keeping. We prefer someone who can work full-time and live-in, but we're also open to someone who can come in every weekday. The salary is negotiable.

We are a warm family of four: Mom, Dad, a 6-year-old boy, and a newborn baby due in November. We also have a playful Samoyed dog as a part of our family. We are seeking a responsible, communicative, quick-learner, and good listener who is patient with children, comfortable around pets, and has experience with newborns. Working schedule: 10 am - 6 pm, Monday to Friday (negotiable) Duties include: Help take care of the baby.(as the mother being the primary caregiver but working from home and accompanying my son when he is back from school) Supervise and play with the bigger brother if needed. Light housekeeping, vacuuming and mopping(estimated at every 2 days) Family laundry and ironing (estimated at twice per week) Basic kitchen cleaning(dishes with dishwasher, special care for certain baby supplies, counter and floor cleaning) Meal preparation if needed, no need to cook if you are not good at Chinese food. Regular daily stuff organize. There's no requirement for dog walking or additional pet care, unless you're inclined to do so. Best to have: Driver's license and your own car for commute, proof of police and health checks. It's also highly preferred that you have received first aid and CPR training. This is a part-time position expected to start on October 9th, 2023. The selected nanny will be responsible for taking care of my daughter and light housekeeping tasks. Your primary role will involve caring for my daughter during the after school hours on weekdays (Monday-Friday). Duties include preparing meals, feeding her, cleaning her, changing her diapers, and cleaning post-meal. Besides, you also need to spare some time for her play activities like reading stories and taking her to a nearby playground (weather permitting). In addition to child care, light housekeeping duties such as tidying up the kitchen, doing the child's laundry and cleaning up post-playtime will be expected. The working hours are about 4-5 hours per day between 4pm - 9pm during weekdays, amounting to a total of 20-30 hours per week. The hourly pay will be $20 - $25 depending on experience. Language skills in both English and Chinese (Mandarin) would be preferred. If you love spending time with kids and can handle the entrusted responsibilities, please get in touch.

I am looking for a responsible, energetic Nanny with a high EQ to look after my awesome bundle of love (toddler) a couple of nights a month. The schedule is flexible and more on-demand with prior notice. The ideal nanny for me is someone that has prior experience working with toddlers and have childcare experience either picked up through helping out at a daycare or through volunteering with a love of kids and having fun through learning. Furthermore CPR and First Aid are mandatory requirements. Any formal child care certificate is advantageous. Nanny must be a non-smoker with a valid Full G license and preferably own a car.
