I'm a single mother earnestly seeking a dedicated and considerate individual to provide Childcare/Nanny Services for my 7-year-old son who is on the Autism Spectrum and has ADHD. This is a live-out, part-time position that may potentially become full-time in future based on performance and necessity. My son needs a nanny who can provide one-on-one care, creating a positive, safe, structured, and predictable environment that aids his developmental needs. He has a lot of energy and is very outgoing, loves being outdoors and interacting with people. Duties: engaging him in play and sensory activities, stimulating skill-building routines, and assisting him in managing emotional regulations and transitions. Availability to work: Mon/Wed/Fri - afternoons/evenings and Sat/Sun - mornings/afternoons/evenings Other responsibilities would include light household tasks related to childcare, such as cleaning up the play area and preparing simple snacks and meals for my son as required. Good communication skills are essential as I'll need clear, respectful daily updates on how the day has been. A valid driver's license and your own vehicle is not mandatory for this role but it would be beneficial as it might occasionally involve transporting my child I'm optimistic to find a loving caregiver who can adapt to my son’s unique needs and become a wonderful addition to our lives. However, what is most important to me is that you treat my child with kindness, patience, and understanding. The position is less than 20 hours per week at present and it targets only one child.
