Key Responsibilities: Tend to the emotional well-being of the children, offering a nurturing and compassionate presence Maintain a safe, healthy, and structured environment within the home Assist with light tutoring and engaging learning/play activities for our youngest child Help with school drop-offs, pick-ups, and transportation to activities as needed Assist with light housekeeping duties related to the children (laundry, tidying play areas, simple meal prep) Willingness to travel with the family as needed for vacations or work-related trips Communicate regularly with parents to ensure consistent care and alignment Qualifications: Prior nanny or childcare experience required Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record Strong communication skills and a caring, patient personality Ability to stay organized, multitask, and create a positive, structured environment Trustworthy, proactive, and genuinely enjoys working with children Ability to speak Tagalog and/or Filipino is strongly preferred Must be comfortable in a live-in, shared room setup (shared with another nanny in a 2-bedroom suite) Additional Details: Live-in accommodation provided Competitive compensation based on experience Supportive, family-oriented household Flexible start date for the right candidate Long-term opportunity with potential for growth within the family dynamic If you're someone who thrives in a nurturing environment and is committed to making a positive impact in children’s lives, we’d love to hear from you!
