Greetings, I am a full-time working parent currently residing in Markham in need of a flexible, proficient individual to serve as a part-time, live-out nanny in our busy household. I am seeking assistance in navigating the busy academic schedule of my children whose ages range from 6 to over 10. Our children are still enrolled in a school situated in Newmarket, particularly due to our 6-year-old who has autism and thrives on routine. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the safe and timely transport of my children to and from school using your own vehicle, hence the requirement of a driver's license. A regular week will comprise of: • Getting the children ready for school and driving them there on Monday mornings, ensuring they're in school by 8:45 AM. • Picking up the children from school at 3:30 PM on Wednesday and Thursday afternoons, bringing them home, and supervising them until about 5:15 PM when I return home. • Fridays will be a full day requiring both morning drop-off and afternoon pick-up. In all of this, your work schedule will not exceed 20 hours per week, creating an ideal situation for those seeking a flexible part-time role. While our family includes two dogs, our eldest child typically tends to them, meaning your focus would primarily lie on the transportation of the kids. We also have a pool at our home, where you're welcome to enjoy a pleasant swim with the children when time allows.
