Looking for a friendly, fun-loving nanny/ mother's helper to help care for our two kids after school (4.5-year-old boy and 7.5-year-old girl), 1 to 2 times a week. The qualities we're looking for in a nanny/mother's helper are someone who is genuinely friendly, positive, loving, fun, kind, hard-working, attentive, patient, open to feedback/improvement, and genuinely cares for our kids and wants to see them grow and thrive. We're looking for someone to stay with our family for a few years. The duties include: - preparing their after-school snack - picking them up from the bus stop across the street - creating fun indoor and outdoor activities - helping them tidy up - doing family laundry (fold & pack away) - helping kids with homework - preparing meals/ dinner - on some occasions, helped them get ready for bed (bath and bedtime routine) - keeping kitchen & living space tidy - washing dishes - Other arising duties such as tidying the playroom, organizing kids' closets and clothes, organizing the pantry, organizing art activities, etc. Requirements: - 2-3 references - first aid & CPR certificate - police background check Other Details: - 1-2x a week from 2-5 pm (Between Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) - During the summer, it will be 2 full days (flexible on days as I work from home and will need a nanny to be with them while I work) - Opportunity for more hours on evenings or weekends for date nights and when I am out for work events Looking for someone to start immediately after we speak over video, and then do a paid trial day before hiring.
