Key Responsibilities • Provide full childcare during scheduled hours • Ensure child safety at all times • Plan and engage in age-appropriate activities (play, reading, learning) • Prepare and serve meals/snacks for the child • Maintain nap and daily routines • Light housekeeping related to the child (tidying toys, dishes, laundry) • Support developmental milestones and positive behavior • Communicate daily updates to parents • Accompany child on walks or outings as needed
