We are in search of a nanny with previous experience in baby-sitting, who will fit well into our family. The ideal candidate must be proficient in both English and Hindi to ensure smooth communication while taking care of our toddler daughter. Initially, this will be a part-time job as we would like to see how our baby adapts to the new atmosphere and how well the candidate blends with our family. However, we envision this role evolving into a full-time position, provided there is a positive connection. This is more than just a baby-sitting job, the candidate must be ready and willing to take up household chores as well as cook Indian meals during periods when they aren't tending to the baby. Key responsibilities will include light housekeeping, preparing meals for the baby, maintaining cleanliness throughout the house, and handling the child's laundry. The age of our child falls in the category of 1-2 years, so the nanny will need to be comfortable and familiar with caring for a child of this age. The hours required for the position are Morning and Middle of the day, Monday to Friday. We do not require a candidate with a driver's license, and there is no need for automobile use in this position. We are open to both live-in or live-out arrangements, however, our current preference is for a live-out relationship. We would ideally like the successful candidate to commence their duties starting from 12.05.2026. However, we are somewhat flexible on the start date and can discuss this during the interview process.
