We’re a warm, easygoing family looking for a part-time nanny for our happy, active 17-month-old daughter. This is a short-term summer role (now–end of August) with one guaranteed 7-hour weekday shift (8 AM–3 PM) plus occasional weekend babysitting and extra coverage when needed. Our toddler is in full explorer mode; walking, climbing, and learning new words daily. We aim for one outing per day (parks, library, sensory class, gymnastics, or a museum), balanced with a simple, consistent routine. What you’ll do: Prepare meals (you’re welcome to eat with her) Get her ready for the day Plan/play/engage and head out for one daily activity Manage nap time and support her routine Keep play areas tidy and clean up dishes used during your shift The setup: Driver’s license required (we provide our SUV for outings) Friendly French Bulldog in the home (just casual supervision, no real pet care) Sometimes we “team up” during nap time for quick resets (tidying, dishes, etc.) to keep things efficient You are: Reliable, communicative, and genuinely enjoy toddlers CPR/First Aid certified Able to provide a vulnerable sector check ECE student or experience with young children is a strong plus Bilingual (French/English) is a bonus Pay: $21–$26/hour, depending on experience and scope If you’re looking for a relaxed, respectful environment and enjoy staying active with little ones, we’d love to connect!
