Help Needed for Daycare Pick-Up & Drop-Off
We are looking for a reliable and caring babysitter to help with daycare drop-off and pick-up for our baby. The daycare is only a 5-minute walk from our home, so a car and driver’s license are not required, though having one would be a plus for emergencies. Location: Findlay Creek Drop-off: 9 am, but come to the house earlier to help with getting baby ready. Pick-up: 5 pm, and help with dinner and bedtime routine. I hope to be home at a decent hour (6/7 pm). About Our Baby: She is currently 10 months old but will be 1 year old when care is needed. She still drinks formula but eats 2-3 solid meals a day. Her evening routine includes: 5:30 PM: Dinner 6:30 PM: Bath time 7:00-7:30 PM: Sleeps independently in her crib Responsibilities: Drop-off and/or pick-up from daycare (priority on 5 PM pick-up, as I won’t be able to get there in time from downtown). Walk her home safely from daycare (stroller available if needed). We also have a small mini Aussiedoodle, who will need to be walked. Usually I walk the dog while dropping off and pick up the baby from daycare, and just took the long loop home. I would love to use someone local. Provide care after pick-up until I arrive home. This may include playtime, light meal preparation (if needed), and assisting with her evening routine. Flexibility: I may not need help every weekday but would love to build a long-term relationship with someone who can support our family as needed. If you’re responsible, punctual, and enjoy working with young children, we’d love to hear from you! Please reach out if you’re interested, and we can discuss details further.
