As a nanny matching service, we are looking for a reliable and consistent nanny for a family with 2 children of 7 months old and 2.5 years old. They need someone on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, from 8 am to 2 pm. Full days maybe needed sometimes. It will be a very long term position, ideally 5+ years. They are looking for someone who is soft, gentle, soft spoken, trustworthy, experienced and will actively entertain the infants with age appropriate activities. A drivers licence and your own reliable car would be a big bonus. Note: they have 1 dog (Doberman) - you won't have to take care of it. This will be a self employed (declared) position. I am in immediate need of a dedicated and reliable nanny to help out with my two vibrant boys aged 13 and 12. Both boys have ASD, yet they are high-functioning and quite easy-going. We have always enjoyed having a nanny as part of our family. The kids are older now, easier & more independent but also busier. I am a single mom that has a business so life is always a juggling act. We thrive when all aspects of running the household is handed over to an expert like you. There is now less child rearing, it’s more about getting good food into them, cleaning & laundry, having them following the schedule and the rules. The kids are happy and have no behavioral issues (yet :)) and are used to a nanny that felt like a friend and/or a parent. For me, it’s about getting simple somewhat healthy food made for them at dinner. Staying on top of the endless laundry, housekeeping and organization and having the kids be involved in the process so that they become responsible, capable humans. We live walking distance to the school for pick up, then activities and the ability to take them to various programs if needed. Hours are flexible and have options but being there afterschool is mandatory. Do not need early mornings or late nights but occasionally might want an overnight stay. You will not be micromanaged by me, in fact you will need to be proactive and intuitive as I will trust you to do the job. Having a car is a huge bonus. It wont be often but being able to run errands is very helpful.
