I am currently seeking a professional and experienced caregiver to assist with taking care of my child who is between the ages of 1 to 2 years old. With plans to return to my full-time job on the 3rd of June, 2024, I find it paramount to recruit a reliable and dedicated person who can step in and offer their support during my working hours. This opening is a part-time position that requires less than 20 hours of work per week. Ideally, the caregiver should be able to work on Mondays and Tuesdays, preferably during the middle of the day and in the evenings. The preference is for a live-out nanny, making it vital for applicants to hold a valid driver's license. The responsibilities of the chosen caregiver will be multi-fold. While the primary responsibility will be taking care of my child, the chosen individual will also be required to look after a few household chores. This will involve keeping the kitchen in a tidy state, performing the child's laundry tasks, and carrying out some light housekeeping. Furthermore, running errands such as grocery shopping will also be expected. Additionally, tasks such as bathing and dressing the child will fall under the purview of the caregiver. Vehicle is required. All you need is a strong commitment to providing quality care and a nurturing environment for my child. Your dedication to this role can truly simplify my transition back into work life, and provide my child with the constant care and attention they need at this stage of their life. We are seeking a part-time nanny to care for our 2.5 year old twin girls either two or three days per week. The hours are somewhat flexible with a fixed start time at 8 am and negotiable end time, no earlier than 2:30. There is some flexibility in the start date but we are looking for someone as soon as possible. We live in a lovely neighbourhood in Dean Park, across the street for a large park full of hiking trails. The girls love to be outside exploring in nature, biking, or playing in the backyard. Inside, they are avid readers, they enjoy puzzles and building games and they are learning to colour. We also have a large play space downstairs for rainy days when they need to let off some steam and run around. If you speak French please let us know as that's something we very much value in a prospective nanny. We we currently teaching the girls French at home and would love to provide them with more exposure whenever possible. However, this is not by any means a requirement! Most importantly we want to find someone who is trustworthy, kind, patient and willing to support our girls as they grown and learn.
