We are looking for a nurturing and dependable nanny to take care of our 4 daughters while we work from home. My mother had been taking care of our kids, until recently, but she's had to go away for a few weeks to deal with a personal matter. We would need someone to start immediately (March 18th) and continue to help out, but in a lesser capacity, in April, when my mother gets back from her trip. We work on weekdays from 3:00 to 9:00 pm and need someone to watch the kids; preparing meals, doing laundry, accompanying them to the park, reading stories and making sure they do their homework. I will have to go away for a period of four month from late March to late July. I will be home during the weekend, but I will need someone that can take care of my three children during the week. I will have to start on Sunday evening until I get back on Friday evening. Overnight stay for the nanny is required when I'm not there. The kids will be at school during the day, but they will have to be taken care of for breakfast and getting them ready to school (they take the bus). Then preparing supper and do the evening routine before bed time. They are all at kindergarten so homework is not an issue. I'm not offering hourly salary due to the "full-time" nature of the job. I'm offering a monthly flat rate of 2500$ per month. This rate can be discussed and negotiated. Of course, food is provided and I will reimburse for any expenses for the kids. I can also offer a bonus if any of the kids need to stay home due to illness.
