We are a warm, easygoing and flexible family looking for one or possibly two nannies to help care for our young son. We are hoping to have someone start within the next two weeks. Our son is an amazing, happy and kind little boy, and our biggest priority is finding someone who genuinely enjoys spending time with children and will provide him with a safe, caring and positive environment. About the Position We are looking for someone who can help with: Caring for and supervising our son Playing, reading and doing age-appropriate activities with him Preparing simple meals/snacks and helping with feeding Helping maintain his regular routines Going for walks, outings and activities Light tidying related to our son and his daily activities Providing a safe, patient and nurturing environment What We're Looking For Ideally, you are: Kind, dependable and trustworthy Patient and genuinely enjoy working with young children Comfortable taking initiative while also following our family's preferences Flexible with scheduling Reliable and a good communicator Experienced with babies/young children First Aid/CPR and previous childcare or nanny experience are definitely assets. Schedule & Flexibility Both parents work, and we are a very flexible family when it comes to finding a schedule that works well for everyone. One parent also travels from time to time for work, so there may occasionally be a need for additional evening assistance during those periods. We are open to discussing different schedules and arrangements depending on the right person. We would also consider hiring two nannies who share the weekly schedule rather than requiring one person to cover everything. Our goal is to find someone—or two people—who becomes a comfortable and trusted part of our son's life and fits naturally with our family. Start Date: Ideally within the next two weeks.
