Looking for an all-around versatile French-speaking nanny who can be depended upon to provide high-quality care for my two boys, as well as to help with household duties. Ideally, you will have previous nanny experience with children of different ages, in our case, a newborn and a toddler. You might occasionally be required to look after only one of the children, depending on the circumstances. Your responsibilities will not only include taking care of my children but also managing some household tasks like light housekeeping, running errands and grocery shopping, and meal preparations, cooking not only for the children but also occasionally for the family, if needed. While French language competency is important (as it's the first language of my children), another key requirement is that you don't smoke and are really focused on the children's well-being and development. We are also a pet-friendly household, with a cat as part of our family. Our feline friend is relatively self-sufficient, so there is no need to dedicate much, if any, attention to pet care. That being said, we would prefer a nanny who is comfortable with pets. It's preferable but not a strict requirement for you to have your own car, as it could come in handy in case of emergencies or for running quick errands. A valid driver's license is required. The initial engagement will be part-time, but there is potential for this to transition into a more regular position as our requirements evolve. We're open to both live-in and live-out arrangements based on what works best for you and our family. The job schedule includes mornings, afternoons, evenings, and nights, throughout the week. Preference will be given to candidates able to start immediately and who can commit to less than 20 hours of work per week initially.
