We are seeking an experienced, compassionate, and organized nanny to care for our adorable 3-month-old twins—a baby boy and girl. This role will involve full support with their daily needs, along with light housekeeping to ensure a clean and comfortable environment. Responsibilities: Childcare • Feeding, including bottle prep and sterilization as needed • Diaper changes and maintaining hygiene routines • Putting babies down for naps and establishing a healthy sleep schedule • Engaging in age-appropriate play to stimulate cognitive and motor development • Supporting the twins’ developmental milestones, such as tummy time and early skill-building • Comforting and soothing the babies, ensuring a calm and positive atmosphere Housekeeping & Household Tasks • Maintaining cleanliness in the nursery and play areas • Laundering and organizing the babies’ clothes and linens • Preparing healthy baby meals when they start solids (future task) • Light housekeeping: tidying up kitchen and common areas used with babies • Managing household supplies for baby care (diapers, wipes, formula, etc.) Qualifications: • Previous experience caring for infants (experience with twins or multiples is a plus) • CPR and first aid certification (infant-specific) • Understanding of early child development and best practices for newborn care • Excellent communication skills • Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy Perks: • Be a part of a loving family and make a real impact on two adorable lives • Competitive pay with opportunities for bonuses If you have a warm heart, a calm demeanor, and a love for supporting infant development, we’d love to hear from you.
