I am looking for a gentle, loving, organized, dedicated nanny for our family. We have 2 boys (4 months and 4y.o). The 4 y.o. boy goes to daycare for half days and the baby is home. I am looking for someone with flexible hours depending on our work engagements (8-4 or 9-5 or 10-6). I would like our nanny to be tidy, organized, gentle, loving, meticulous. I prefer for the candidate to have experience with kids. The tasks required will be mostly centered around the kids with the addition of keeping the house clean. We would prefer the candidate to be able to drive in case we need them to drive to go pick up the kids at daycare if its raining (daycare is 1km away from home). The candidate will need to be great at stimulating the kids through play and bring them to the park, water park, story-time at the library and other activities provided by the city such as mini-gym, music class etc. The candidate will need to engage with the other nannies in the neighbourhood to organize play dates and make sure the kids socialize. Our current nanny (we have had her for 3 years) is fantastic, however, she is relocating on the south shore and is not able to commute and be flexible with her hours anymore. We are looking for someone to replace her.
