We are seeking a dedicated live-in nanny to join our family and provide exceptional care for our newborn, our first and only child. Key Responsibilities: -Provide full-time, live-in care for the newborn, including feeding, bathing, diapering, and soothing. -Establish and maintain a consistent daily routine that promotes healthy sleep patterns and developmental milestones. -Monitor and track the baby's health, growth, and development, reporting any concerns to the parents. -Engage in age-appropriate activities to stimulate the baby's cognitive, emotional, and physical development. -Perform light household duties related to the baby's care, including laundry, bottle sterilization, and maintaining a clean and organized nursery. -Collaborate with parents to ensure seamless communication and alignment on the baby's care plan and routines. -Accompany the family on outings and appointments as needed. Requirements: -Proven experience as a nanny or in a similar role, with a focus on newborn care. -CPR and First Aid certification are preferred specifically for infants. -Strong understanding of infant development and best practices for newborn care. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. -Ability to maintain a calm and patient demeanor, especially in high-stress situations. -Flexibility to adapt to the family's schedule and needs, including occasional evenings and weekends. -A nurturing and compassionate personality with a genuine love for children. -Non-smoker.
