Sitter/ Mother's Helper for 3 year old girl
As a single parent managing a company, I need of a proficient and caring nanny who can provide occasional evening and weekend care for my darling three-year-old daughter. My little one has a strong bond with her 'Momma', and while her company is a pure delight, it limits my ability to work from home during evenings or run errands over the weekends. I am hoping the relaxed pace of the summer will let me establish a trusting relationship with a long-term sitter who can help 1-2 evenings a week or part of a weekend. This will help me to better balance my responsibilities. I am very flexible with the schedule and the hourly pay but insist on punctuality, reliability, and clear communication. Our family includes two indoor cats and a polite, self-reliant 17-year-old son. While he is more than capable, I believe it's unfair to saddle him with the responsibility of taking care of his little sister every time there's a need. We are a quiet and organized family that enjoy a range of privileges and opportunities. The ideal sitter, would live-out, work less than 20 hours per week, would communicate with me by call or text about their availability, and would be comfortable engaging her in a variety of age & season appropriate activities (outdoor play, crafts, games). I want to return to my home and daughter in about the condition I left them, so cleaning her up or outfit changes, tidying after an activity, or neatening the kitchen after light snack or meal preparation is expected. (Please don't leave me with work generated from your work, but adding to the laundry basket or the dishwasher is just fine.) While I ask that you have a driver's license, I don't need you to drive for me. I want to be able to welcome a thoughtful and kind caregiver into our home, have them blend into our family, enriching our lives with their presence, and build towards a robust trust in them as they care for this happy little girl.
