Job Summary: We are seeking a nurturing, reliable, and experienced Nanny to provide high-quality care for our children in a safe, engaging, and educational environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and will be responsible for their daily routines, activities, and overall well-being. This role may include some light household duties related to the care of the children. Key Responsibilities: Provide attentive, loving, and personalized care for the children in a safe and supportive environment. Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to foster the children's physical, emotional, intellectual, and social development. Prepare healthy meals and snacks for the children. Assist with homework and educational activities, if applicable. Organize and supervise playdates, outings, and activities that promote learning and social interaction. Maintain daily routines including feeding, napping, and hygiene. Support potty training (if needed) and help instill positive behavior and manners. Perform light housekeeping duties related to the care of the children, such as cleaning up after meals, organizing toys, and tidying children's play and sleep areas. Ensure children’s safety at all times, whether at home or during outings. Communicate regularly with parents about the children’s progress, activities, and any concerns or observations. Administer medications as needed and follow any special medical or dietary instructions provided by the parents. Be adaptable and flexible with family needs, including occasional evening or weekend hours if required. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Nanny, childcare provider, or similar role. CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain). Excellent understanding of child development in different age stages. Patience, compassion, and a love for children. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to follow the family’s rules and preferences regarding discipline, routines, and activities. Must be reliable, trustworthy, and able to work independently. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (if transportation of children is required). Non-smoker.
