About Us: We are a practicing Muslim family of 7 of which 5 are children. Their ages are 9.5 years (girl), 7.5 years (girl), 5 years (twin boys) and 2.5 years (boy). One of the twin boys is ASD, ADHD, GDD and ODD. We currently have two full time nannies. However one of our nannies are getting married soon and we fill the necessity to add a third nanny or to replace her. We are looking for a full time (weekly 40 hours) position. My wife is a stay-at-home mom who primarily handles tasks such as cooking, meal prep, assisting with the children's homework, taking the children to the doctor, indoor playground, etc. She is in need of help for taking care of the kids and with driving the children to school, Mosque etc. My wife doesn't have driving licence because of vision issue. Requirement for Driving: Our eldest child and one of the twin boys, attend ISNA Elementary School. We need the nanny to drop off and pick up to/from schools. Other two kids attends different schools which also requires drop off and pick up. We have dedicated two vans (8 Seater Honda Odessy and 12 Seater Nissan NV) which are used by these two nannies. Also my eldest one is Hifz all Quran memorization program which requires to drop of and pick up to/from ISNA Mosque. Work Schedule: Weekdays 7:30 AM to 8:30 PM and weekends 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. During this time, we must have at least one nanny at our service. Therefore, work schedule of each nanny could be determined based on discussion, availability and time swapping ability of the other nanny. Currently the other nanny has only one full time job with us and she is flexible to take morning shift or afternoon shift. Candidates - REQUIRED: 1. MUST be a mother and experienced in raising her own kids in Canadian environment. 2. A valid driving license and own vehicle (only for transport to workplace, for nanny works, vehicle will be provided) 3. We are a devout Muslim family and currently striving to instill religious principles in our children. Since children learn directly from nannies, therefore, we require our nanny will be familiar with the religious values, principles and will have manners in line with these values. 4. A non-smoking person 5. Uphold essential qualities of trustworthiness, patience, punctuality and sincerity in her duties. 6. We are not a choice for someone who needs immigration help or sponsorships. Candidate - Preferred: 1. Educational background, 2. Canadian citizenship or at least a PR 3. Someone who may travel with us inside Canada and sometimes outside of Canada (not required). 4. Someone who has some knowledge or willing to learn on maintaining a house, handy person. 5. Someone who can be motherly and friendly, we feel our nannies are part of the family and expect such sincerity. Compensation and Payment: The nanny will be paid $25 per hour.
