My husband and I are looking for a part-time nanny for our 3 year old boy. We are looking for someone positive, child-friendly, dog-friendly, trustworthy, and punctual. What we can offer: - A loving household. - A safe working environment. - A stable family. - A professional couple. - An accessible house in Thornhill/Concord area. Nearest subway station is Sheppard West and the nearest main bus stop is a 7-min walk from the house. What we are looking for: - Someone with toddler experience, including a slightly fussy toddler! We would need the individual to feed him, play with him, change his diapers, walk him, read to him, and engage him with toys and arts and crafts. - Someone comfortable with dogs. We have two small, loud dogs who are chihuahua terrier mixes. Once they get to know you, they are fine but they do take a little time upfront. Hence the person must be very comfortable with dogs. Part of the role would involve feeding and walking dogs as well as keeping them apart from the toddler. - Housekeeping: Loading / emptying the dishwasher, cooking, meal prep, laundry, tidying, cleaning the house. We would appreciate it if the nanny can think of delicious vegetarian recipes to make, and we will get the ingredients in advance. - Times: We have a preference for weekday evenings and weekend mornings / weekend evenings but the exact days and times are flexible. We would like a start date as soon as possible. - Process: We will be having a phone call, an in-person meeting, and a reference check prior to hiring.
