We are seeking part-time care from an enthusiastic, responsible caregiver for our two young children ages 5 and 6 during the work week. Their elementary school is within walking distance to our home and we are looking for someone willing to pick them up from school at 2:30pm and bring them home to care for them until my husband and I are home from work at 5:30pm. The girls love walking home from school, but it would be favourable if you drove in case of bad weather. We also have a 3 year old that will be at daycare full time and not in need of care. We are a loving, creative family of 5 that love play and arts. We have a super friendly hypoallergenic dog that would just need minimal care such as an occasional walk or just let out the back. My children are super fun, outgoing kids. After school they like to unwind with a snack and watch tv, do crafts or just have quiet play. I love cooking and tend to do all my meal prep on weekends so I’m not in much need for cooking but just some easy dinners or snack for the kids that I will have prepared. My husband and I value the attention and personal touch a nanny can provide. We believe our girls would thrive with one on one attention and feel comfortable being at home with a caregiver they trust. There is a potential for additional weekend hours once a month.
