We are a warm and busy family living in Halifax, looking for a reliable, nurturing, and experienced nanny to care for our two daughters, Sarah and Seraphina. I will be starting a full-time position in administration on May 20th, while my husband works as a nurse on a bi-weekly 7-day shift schedule. Because his role may involve emergency call-ins, we’re hoping to find someone who is not only dependable and punctual but also flexible when needed. Sarah and Seraphina are loving, energetic girls who enjoy creative play, story time, love music and learning new things. We’re looking for a nanny who can keep them safe, engaged, and happy throughout the day with age-appropriate activities and gentle care. The position is from Tuesday to Saturday, from 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM. Our ideal nanny has previous childcare experience, is kind and responsible, and feels confident managing a daily routine. Light tidying related to the children and simple meal or snack preparation may be part of the day-to-day duties. CPR and First Aid certification, background check may be requested if needed. A valid driver’s license is a plus, though not required.
