Nanny / Home & Homeschool Support We are looking for a warm, reliable, free-spirited and open-minded person to become a supportive part of our busy family and home. Our family values personal growth, spirituality, curiosity, individuality, kindness, and allowing kids to be authentically themselves. We would love to find someone who naturally connects with that environment—someone with positive energy who is grounded, flexible, and doesn’t take life too seriously. The Role This is a combination of childcare, homeschool support, and household support, including: * Supporting the kids with homeschooling, reading, assignments, and educational activities * Helping keep the kids focused, engaged, and on track with their learning * Creating fun, creative and educational activities * Spending time outdoors and encouraging curiosity and exploration * Helping with daily routines and schedules * Preparing simple meals and snacks * Light household support, including tidying, dishes, laundry, and general organization * Helping keep homeschool and children’s spaces organized * Occasionally helping with transportation to activities or appointments * Being another positive, encouraging and dependable adult presence in our children’s lives Who We’d Love to Find We’re less interested in finding a traditional “nanny” and more interested in finding the right person for our family. Someone who is: * Free-spirited, open-minded and comfortable with spirituality * Warm, patient and genuinely enjoys being around kids * Positive and encouraging * Creative and adventurous * Comfortable allowing children to express their individuality * Organized enough to provide structure without being overly rigid * Proactive and willing to jump in where help is needed * Dependable and trustworthy * Comfortable in a busy, sometimes beautifully chaotic family environment Experience with childcare, homeschooling, tutoring, education, or family support is an asset, but personality, values and connection with our family are equally important to us. A driver’s licence and reliable transportation are preferred.
