### Experienced Nanny Needed Supportive Role with a Wonderful 5 Year Old We are a warm and caring family seeking an experienced, patient, and dependable nanny to support our bright and lovable 5 year old son, who is autistic. This is a meaningful role for someone who truly enjoys working with neurodivergent children and takes pride in creating a calm, structured, and nurturing environment where a child can feel safe, understood, and supported. About the Role You will play an important part in our son’s daily routine, helping him grow, communicate, and thrive at his own pace. We are looking for someone who is attentive, compassionate, and confident in supporting children with additional needs. Experience with communication support, such as AAC devices or visual systems, and with developmental milestones, such as potty training, would be highly valued.
