We are a warm and hands-on family seeking a kind, energetic, and dependable live-out nanny to help care for our three children, all under the age of 5. You will always be working alongside one parent, so you won't be solely responsible for all three children at once under normal circumstances. This is a collaborative role, ideal for someone who enjoys being part of a supportive team and values early childhood care. This is a part-time position with fluctuating weekly hours that range from 10 to 24 per week, SPECIFIC TO EVENINGS AND WEEKENDS ONLY, depending on one parent's shift schedule. While the schedule changes weekly, we can provide a clear outline of expected hours up to a year in advance to aid in planning. We are flexible and understand that the nanny may not be available for every shift—open communication and mutual flexibility are key. We also have a friendly dog in the home; although, you will not be responsible for any pet care, comfort around dogs is important. Occasionally, we may ask the nanny to care for the children independently for an evening, like during a date night. However, these requests will be limited and always based upon the nanny’s comfort level with being solely responsible at those times.
