Our family is in need of a caring and reliable part-time nanny starting in May! We have four wonderful children: two girls, aged 2 and 8, and two boys, aged 4 and 6. We reside in west-central Edmonton. Here's what we're seeking: - Schedule: We're ideally looking for someone available 3-4 days a week, typically from Tuesday to Friday, between 3:00-7:00 pm. However, we are open to slight adjustments to this schedule. - Responsibilities: Your duties would include meeting the children at the bus stop (across the street from home), assisting the children with settling in and providing after-school snacks, helping with their homework, preparing meals/snacks for the children, help with dinner prep:cook and light tidying, including cleaning up the kitchen after dinner and with children. Other tasks would also encompass engaging with and supervising the children. - Home Cleaning: Optional, but ideally, one day per week would be dedicated to general home cleaning, preferably on Fridays during daytime hours while kids are away. - Other Requirements: A police/vulnerable sector check and first-aid certifications are required. Typically, at least one parent will be home during childcare hours. Having your support will enable us to maximize the quality time we can spend with our children.
