Looking to hire a fun-reliable-energetic-strong valued individual for my family

Posting again on this page to hopefully find someone who fits well with my family :). It's important to be reliable and to be educated in childhood development. Also Having knowledge in toy rotation, teaching independence and life skills. Organization, effective communication skills is a must, same with cleanliness and common sense. I do have ADHD, so having someone who can work fast and be able to work alongside what I'll be doing in my home is essential. I am working on keeping a routine and staying consistent with leading my home, unfortunately the ladies I have hired so far have been inconsistent and have added onto my stress instead of the opposite. I want to have competent and strong willed individuals in my home as my children are the same. So having patience, understanding of boundaries, empathy, etc, is crucial. my needs change every day, so having someone who is able to adapt too change is highly appreciated. As winter comes around, knowing how to schedule fun - educational activities to stimulate their growing brains, is a must. Having the experiences in daycares/ day homes / preschool would be ideal as their outlines follow along what I'm trying to do in my.home. The caregiver I had at one point, whom I miss dearly, she used sign language, high pitched voices, was very energetic, patient, educated in development, basically was Ms Rachel (lol) but in person, was working so well but unfortunately our time was up and she went back to school! So I know as much as I would like to have her again, the standard she left is what i am looking for again. I'm hoping someone who can meet that standard + more would be great. I am open, honest, adaptable person and would love to spend time getting to know you just as much as you will be with my family! Hope to hear back from you all
