We are a fun-loving family looking for a part-time nanny to join us! Our children are 11, 9, 7 3 and 10 months old. The older 3 are in school full time but I need an extra set of hands to help around the house and be home so I can take them to and from sports/activities/appointments etc. I work from home as well so can be a bit flexible on hours. I will need assistance with light housekeeping duties/laundry/reading/homework with the kiddos and occasional meal prep etc. Overall I am pretty laid back and am looking for the right personality to fit with our family. My husband and I are in need of a fun and energetic nanny to help out with our two charismatic sons, aged 7 months and 3 years. Our family, which also includes our two medium-size dogs and live near Springbank Links Golf Club. We're looking for someone to become an integral part of our family life three days a week - Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, with some potential for evening work. We'd love a creative individual who is not only comfortable with pets, but also adept at keeping young children engaged with age-appropriate activities, games, and crafts. Taking the kids out for outings is an expected job responsibility, along with some light housekeeping, running errands, and meal preparation for the children. Our ideal nanny will have at least two years' experience working with children or as a nanny. They need to possess an intuitive sense of how they can help around the house without needing explicit instruction, as well as the ability to create an engaging environment that captures the attention of our young ones. A love for animals, enjoyment of cooking and meal prep, a clean driving record, and a reliable vehicle are all must-haves. Also, it's crucial for our peace of mind that our nanny has first-aid & CPR training along with the ability to provide a criminal record check with a vulnerable sector. We can provide the necessary training if needed. While we're looking for a live-out, part-time nanny, the right candidate needs to have their driver's license and vehicle, as they would be required to use this for some of their duties. You should anticipate working 20 - 30 hours per week. If you think you fit our family's needs and this sounds like the right role for you, we can't wait to hear from you!
