We are a lively family with three energetic and fun boys aged 9, 7, and 3, and a non-allergenic labradoodle. We are looking for an individual who will mesh well with our vibrant family. Ideally, we need someone who can become a regular part of our lives, not only fulfilling the traditional babysitting role, but offering support during weeknight schedules. There may also be potential opportunities for overnight stays during our occasional trips. The usual work schedule would involve occasional weekday evenings, pre-planned and set Friday or Saturday nights, with occasional single might weekend overnights to longer 2-4 day overnights with additional compensation. Although the hours will total less than 20 per week, flexibility in timing & availability is appreciated due to our dynamic and often changing family routines. Essential responsibilities of this role potentially include assisting with our kids laundry, bathing and dressing tasks, helping with homework, and keeping the kitchen tidy. Our boys are at that age where they are lots of fun, but also need attentive care and playful learning engagement! Having a driver's license is a prerequisite for this role as we may sometimes require assistance in transporting the kids to and from activities; we could provide a family car when necessary on an as needed basis.
