We're a welcoming family in the deep SE of Calgary. We seek a trustworthy individual to take on the role of an out-of-school care provider to our two amazing boys, aged 7 and 8. Not only would you be important in their lives but also a friend to our adorable pup! We are interested in a provider that would be open to a longer term arrangement and are offering a financial incentive if our children’s provider completes the remainder of the school year(end of June 2026). The provider will let out the pup to relieve himself, perform light housekeeping then pick up the boys from their bus stop and drive them home safely, using their own car. We would like the provider to get together a snack for the boys once home. Light housekeeping duties include vacuuming the main floor and loading/unloading the dishwasher. Our ideal provider would be available from 2:00 to 4:00 PM, Monday through Thursday, with an extended shift on Friday from 12:00 to 4:00 PM. We are open to negotiation regarding hours of work, guaranteed hours and extra hours (such as PD days or evenings where the parents would like to go out). Major breaks and holidays are taken care of, but summer hours could become available as well. This position is ‘live-out’ and part-time. Please note that a valid driver's license is essential for this role since it would involve transportation of children. We're hoping for an immediate start. If interested, we'd love to hear from you.
