My husband and I work shift work. We have two daughters (10 and 12 years old). We require someone to help drive our kids to/from school and activities, on the days that we are working. We may require someone to stay overnight once in a while. We will pay a monthly flat rate and you may end up working once a month up to 6 days a month. You must be flexible on the days, as our monthly schedules change from month to month.
