Summer Nanny support for my 6 year old son.
As a single dad with a shared parenting schedule, I require some support to care for my 6-year-old son during the summer. I'm looking for a live-out, part-time nanny who will primarily be responsible for picking my son up from his half-day camps in Burnaby at noon and looking after him until I get home from work between 4-5pm. However, some days may require full-time care from 8am-4pm. Additionally, there may be a potential to continue the role into the fall, depending on how well the summer goes. The specific weeks I am targeting for this coverage are from July 10th to16th, August 4th to 6th, August 14th to 20th, and August 28th to Sept 3rd. A driver's license is a must who is ready to use their car as their automobile will be required for pick-ups and other potential errands. I also need support with cooking, light housekeeping, running errands/grocery shopping, preparing meals for the kids, helping with homework and keeping the kitchen tidy. The ideal candidate would be available according to the following schedule: middle of the day and evening from Monday to Friday, this would equate to 20-30 hours a week. My son falls into the 6-9 age group while his younger brother, who will not require direct care, is 3-5 years old. I am seeking someone who can start from the 4th of July 2026. If you have any questions and think you'd be a perfect fit for this job, please feel free to drop me a message.
