We are a family of four (4) with a 7 year old and 2 year old. We are both entrepreneurs and our schedules get busy from time to time with meetings, travel and weekend projects. Our 7 year old daughter (Mila) is quite independent and babysitting her will include painting, playing card games and baking treats. Our 2 year old son (Rajah) is on the move and would require a more hands on approach as he loves getting into his toys and books. Our family is strongly against the use of cell phones or iPad in the home and with the children. This is a non-negotiable. We prioritize active play, reading and communication games with them. If the children are not napping, we prefer that they are reading, playing with their toys, drawing and doing creative projects.
